Do I need a new website?

No. The assistant adds to your existing site with a small snippet of code. If your site needs a refresh, we offer an optional one-page rebuild.

What if the bot doesn't know an answer?

It won't make things up, and it never gives medical or clinical advice. It captures the patient's details and passes the question to your team to follow up personally.

Does it work with my practice management software?

    The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work on your assistant begins.

  • Monthly fees

    Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation

    You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you will not be billed again.

  • Free pilot

    If you join a free pilot, there is no charge for the pilot period.
